Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll provide free reverse pickup.
For other reasons, return shipping may be borne by the customer.
